Fine Sweet Shoppe is the bakery inside historic Eastern Market on Capitol Hill. They sell cakes, cookies, ice cream, coffee, sandwiches and so many other items. With so many decadent pastries and pies to choose from, I'm glad I bought the Caramel Apple Pie. It was fresh and baked that morning! Although it was a bit crumbly and loaded with crunchy walnuts, I enjoyed the apple filling. I wasn't a big fan of the Toll House Chocolate Chip cookie. I would skip it and save room for the pie!
