Gravitas offers an exceptional dining experience with phenomenal food and atmosphere. The restaurant offers prefixed multi-course menus that change every 4-6 weeks, as well as an à la carte option. The menu features dishes such as Salmon Tartare, Brioche Crusted Maryland Crab Cake, and Roasted Ribeye Steak with Soft Scrambled Eggs and Poached Lobster. The restaurant also offers a 15-course dinner option. The decor is a normal restaurant setting, but the service is great as expected for a Michelin restaurant. The parking can be a challenge, but there is free parking on Sundays. Overall, Gravitas provides a great experience and is highly recommended.
