The guys tonight were absolutely the best. It was busy and the food was great, but once it slowed down, they really took care of us. Omar was gracious to us out-of-towners and gave us all kinds of great information. He was the most kind, wonderful host. This place is a health code violation waiting to happen. The gentlemen working were friendly enough but it took them 35 minutes to make a cheeseburger, which was served ice cold. I also watched them reheat fries by placing them back in the grease for 30 seconds, which of course were beyond greasy, and too were served cold. In the end, I couldn’t eat the food here with fear I would get sick; it all went into the trash.

Made my LEAD trip from NY amazing!!!!!!!!! We never went in but on the way to our actual destination, it was the highlight! !!!!!!! Thanks Z Burger for this experience!!!! The service seemed great from the outside, and the ambience throughout was amazing!! ! Best place to go for sure!!!!!

-I was in there last month.-Took 40 mins for 2 sandwiches.-The was a RAT climbing around/near the stove-The cook with thick mustache saw me see the RAT and pretended nothing happened and started whistling, continuing to cook the food.- They gave me my refund though so there's that. ?

Tried this place out with a huge order for our family on an empty day (NYE) while they only had one staff member on at the time. To our surprise the food was really really good. Took 20-25 minutes to make a sandwich and a burger. There were two people staffing, the man behind the counter had a hard time recording the order accurately. The man cooking was moving at a sloth pace. The burger and sandwich had a very strong, awful odor of Indian curry. The aftertaste was too strong to eat the whole thing after I received the food. Left hungry, late for my appointment and sick to my stomach.

We ordered 4 burgers and some fries, they took more than half an hour. The food was overpriced and the burgers were very off, the fries were also burnt and came later than the burgers. I will never come again??

The place is warm and the restrooms are clean, but that's really the only good points I can find.The service was slow, we saw multiple orders with missing items (take a receipt !), and the food we were eventually served was definitely not worth the price.

This was the worst food experience we had in DC. Waited more than 25 minutes for our "to-go" order while we witnessed an employee behind the counter flirting with two girls the ENTIRE time! My $6 bag of onion rings literally only had 5 rings in it that were old and stale! We only ordered those and two salads with chicken. The chicken was dried out and inedible and NO dressing was provided. Pitiful...
