Harry's Restaurant

Wanted to try this place before it closes down with the attached hotel. It's definitely a dive bar as advertised. Food was decent for the price, very average. Pitcher of beer was an even better price. Location is good for tourist.

I'm still trying to find a place to get a good hot dog in the DC area, I haven't found that yet, but this was my first foray into that area. I was a bit confused when I walked up to the place. The entrance at the corner is not the entrance you go in. You walk around the corner and up the street a bit. it was a Wednesday night & I had left a bar in dupont after watching 7 innings of the Nats Dodgers NLDS....heading home on the last train down to Glenmont assuming we had lost ...the bats were lethargic and it looked hopeless... my gf at the time (now wife) was with me & we were taxing at metro center platform waiting for all the final connecting trains to pass & she turns to me & after checking her phone after a bit & says...its 2-1... i nod slightly enthused...a minute later...read full review
