My friends and I went to ISLA yesterday for my good friend’s birthday dinner. The restaurant’s atmosphere is very sexy, modern and the center chandelier is so beautiful. We had the octopus, lamp chops, oxtail patties, crab patties, Brussel sprouts and golden rice. They were all really good. Our waiter was great and attentive. Amazing. Wow. Gregory and his team will treat you right and tell you all about the menu. He helped us pick the best items but you cannot go wrong! We also had some severe allergies at our table and he helped us navigate the menu so we could all share plates. Don’t skip dessert!

ISLA Restaurant is an upscale, intimate, and beautiful space with a moody, sexy vibe and perfect ambiance for a date night, birthday dinner, or special evening. The restaurant serves elevated, top-tier Caribbean fare, described as impeccable and a true experience with a firework of layered flavors. Must-order dishes include the Wagyu Oxtail and Crab patties, praised for being bomb, flaky, and packed with a perfect filling-to-pastry ratio. The Fire-Grilled Branzino, often called the best filet, is deboned and cooked to perfection, excellent with lime chimichurri or paired with macaroni pie. Other standout items are the Tempura Okra, Grilled Prawns, red snapper with cilantro mint chutney, Cook Up Rice, BBQ greens, and the surprising lamb tartare. Desserts are a phenomenal finish, especially the superb carrot cake and the chocolate bomb. The drinks are noted as good and strong. Service is excellent, friendly, attentive, and passionate, with staff providing spot-on recommendations. The overall experience is perfect and engaging, leaving guests eager to return.
