I think this location is okay. There have been better experiences at other locations in the area. It seems like the employees barely want to be there.

I do however love the icecream :) my favorite is the gooey butter cake flavor. It’s hard to beat!

Gooey butter cake is the best!! But the wait is always so long here 😭😭😭

I came once and waited for 20 minutes with only 2 people in front of me in line and decided to leave. Came again and waited 20 minutes to get my ice cream. Came a third time and waited 15. Unbelievable.

Just OK for me today. Maybe I picked the wrong flavors. The speed-talking guy behind the counter put the press on me to decide - mistake.

No doubt the choices are exotic and so is $7 plus for (what Jeni calls) two scoops. I just wasn't feeling it today.

Last thing. The waffle cone piece that came with… it was “musty” and had no redemption quality - it didn't add to the experience at all. I'll pass next time. I'll...
