They gave us the wrong pizza size (large instead of extra large) but it was so disappointing I wish they had just given us a small.

The service was awful and the food was mediocre at best. Myself and two friends ordered one extra large "the original" pizza, one set of mozzarella sticks, and 7 buffalo wings. The order was made in a timely manner and given to as takeout. When we got back to my home which is in proximity to the store we realized they gave us a "the vegetarian" pizza which was ice cold after having plated two slices. The mozzarella sticks were cooked on the outside and frozen on the inside. The wings were fine. I took the pizza back minus the two slices which we threw away to the store to try and fix the issue as they gave us the wrong pizza and the staff refused to make it right. They only offered a small "the original" which is a personal size pizza to fix their mistake which isn't enough to feed a group of people. The staff that screwed up the order in the first place then condescendingly told me I would be lucky they were giving me anything despite not fixing their mistake at all to a sufficient degree. They screwed up a $25 pizza and offered us a $15 pizza in return for exchanging the one they screwed up. 10/10 will never eat here again and can't in good conscience recommend it to anyone with how awful the service staff are.

First things first, order your pizza well done! I've traveled extensively and am a pizza fanatic so I've tried it everywhere. This isn't fancy, artisanal pizza (if you want that go to Ivy&Coney) it's Greek pizza house pizza. So if you like Greek pizza this should meet your expectations. The low star reviews are bizarre, honestly? I order M&O at least once a week and am consistently pleased. And the jumbo slices are a late night drunken essential!

I can't believe I'm saying this, but this is actually the worst pizza I've ever eaten. My hotel recommended for late night delivery, but the food is awful. The man who answered the phone for the order was very rude and made it seem like my call was a burden. The delivery man was friendly and was fast. The food was awful. Literally they just put deli meat on top of the pizza with cheap cheese. Unconscionably salty and the meat was the lowest quality you could imagine. Would never order from this place again and, quite frankly, anyone who tried this and said it was good is lying.

M&O's is a solid late night option at relatively good quality. My advice from experience is to try their more elaborate pies with extensive toppings - just ordering simple cheese or pepperoni doesn't do their pies justice.

it’s just Manny & Olga’s with a fake name

Pizza arrived over 1 1/2 hours after I ordered, tracker kept saying it was delivered. Arrived cold and soggy, but even then, the Detroit style pizza sucked. No sense in providing order number. We were just visiting the area.

If I could give this place a -7 I would. I went to this establishment as soon as I got off work on my way to U-St Train Station. I bought 3 slices of pizza. 2 cheese and 1 pepperoni-- the pepperoni I gave to a homeless man, it was fine. When I got home (living in Maryland) I thought I could just relax and eat. That's not what went down. Here's what happened; the first of the two cheese's was fine but the second had what looked like beard hair shaving a COMPLETELY all over the slice. I didn't even hesitate to eat the clean one because it was UNSANITARY!!On top of that, because I was no where near the pizza spot, I called Manny & Olga's and the girl who took my order in the store answered. I described myself and she remembered me. When I told her about my food and asked if there was a number I could send a picture of the food to, she just agreed and said "I BELIEVE YOU, IM SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. If you're nearby, you can come in and pick up another slice." Immediately I said no and asked for a refund. That's absolutely disgusting and trifling. The craziest part? I saw when the men took my food out of the oven. What's even crazier is that they saw that nasty a** s*** on my food and STILL SERVED IT TO ME!!!! Then HID IT under the other slices so that I wouldn't see.I highly suggest to NEVER eat here. There were two other people in the store after me, and I hope their food wasn't as screwed up as mine. This put me off so badly, I'm skeptical of ordering food from different restaurants all together. And if I do, I will consciously checking on my food when I get it because that's disappointing, disgusting & disturbing. On top of that, they didn't even refund me for the $18.47 they only refunded me for the pepperoni pizza (not even the pizza they messed up) all because "it was more expensive" NEVER.

A delicious choice for late night cheesesteak delivery. Fast and efficient. You can select from a bunch of toppings like green peppers onions tomato lettuce and hot peppers.

The pizza was the best in town. Also, they actually gave me a band aid when i jokingly asked after being refused at many other places which to me shows how poorly they are run considering they don't have the means to help a fellow human. Pretty sure it's a requirement by OSHA to have first aid, which meant they also lied. I highly recommend them, pizza is $5 a slice but it's huge and delicious and your in Downtown DC, what do you expect. Please give 'em a try but don't go seeking band aids from them please.

Terrible! Hung up on us the first try. When we did order, it took 1 hour and 30 minutes. Then, our driver got lost. don't order from them. Not worth the headache!

Tasted like gas station pizza. Bread was limp. The cheese was bland and oddly lacked any stretch to it. The whole thing tasted bland and uninteresting. Don't get me wrong, if it's late and nothing else is open, it's not inedible. But don't expect much.

Sooooo it's been 5 business days since my Second request for a refund on an order THAT WAS NEVER DELIVERED in December. Still no refund. The jerk who is in charge did send me a promotional email worth $30 - which is half of the $60 Manny's owes me. If thought I would actually SEE any food I might just order something and call it half-sies. Such a rip-off.

It is Manny and Olga pizza place but with a fancier name!!! I was surprised to see that Katsouprinis doesn't even have a business sign. It is a virtual restaurant that is available only on food - delivery platforms. Now coming to the quality of pizza - it is okayish. If you have tasted M&O then this should be similar unless the square shape of the pizza in someway magically enhances taste.Vegetarian options: Veggie Pizza

Ordered delivery. Got bad food poisoning. Avoid like the plague. Ordered pasta and pizza. Not worth it.
