Kyojin Sushi

Love their food and vibes. But just became extremely expensive. 200$ for two apps and three sushi rolls.

I never write reviews but our anniversary dinner yesterday was amazing. The food was outstanding and the service was impeccable. The pre-fixe menu is worth it, especially for a first time diner. We're planning our next reservation already.

The food at Kyonjin is very very good.the sushi was incredibly fresh. The service was just as impressive; Jibby took great care of us and made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

We came here for our fourth anniversary. Jenny was fantastic. Her recommendations were on the spot with what my girlfriend and I were looking for. Each piece of sushi was crafted with care and the flavor combos were incredible. You must get the miso butter scallops if you come here. I felt like the staff and the chefs love this job and I am looking forward to coming back.

This place knows how to do amazing sushi and the like. Each dish was great, and the service and attention to detail is impeccable. We will definitely be back soon to dine again.

The food was subpar. The sushi was overwhelmed with truffles and other things. Definitely not aligned with the review numbers on Google. And for the price, better to go somewhere else. Last, the service was ok. Even though the server was not busy, he wasn't as engaged and prompt as he should've been. I guess he was busy talking to two girls that came in and sat near us.

What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of — offering suggestions, explaining dishes, and checking in just the right amount without being intrusive. It's rare to find a place that combines amazing food with genuinely attentive service, but this restaurant delivers on every front. If you're looking for fantastic sushi and a memorable dining experience, this is the place. Highly recommend

Outstanding sushi. Gyoza, shrimp tempura and wagyu buns also excellent. Our service team, Kevin and Jenny, were terrific!

An amazing experience at Kyojin. A gorgeous looking restaurant with some of the most creative and best tasting sushi I've ever had, Hands down! Abby gave us some fantastic recommendations.

Service and management may be some of the best in DC. Been twice and couldn't recommend more. Food is amazing, Garlic Miso Butter Scallops top 5 bite in the city

The sushi and sashimi selection was fantastic. Everything, and we ordered a lot, was perfect. Counter service was amazing. This is a must experience restaurant.

This is my second time coming and it was even more amazing than the first! Out waitress Quynh My was so sweet and gave us some of the best recommendations. 10/10
