This place is a neighborhood gem! I love the food, never disappoints. The staff is great and margaritas are delish. I always recommend his spot.
I usually get the pupusas, they taste fresh and el cortido is perfect. I've gotten the seafood quesadilla and it's also a hit. there's no misses with anything I've ordered

Cool little Mexican restaurant and bar. Surprising number of options for vegetarians too. We got the El Paisano (top right), bean and cheese pupusas(top left), and a few sides - tortillas / rice/ beans / pico. It was very good! Very quiet on a Wednesday evening. Definitely recommend.
Looking for food on the way back from walking the national mall fairly late at night we found this place. I could hear the record scratch as we walked in, but we were warmly welcomed and found a table promptly. The waitress was friendly and gave very good service. The food was top notch and authentic. It hit the spot after a long day. The neighborhood was a little sketchy late at night so keep that in mind.
