One of my favorite spots in DC. Great for lunch, great for dinner, great for bringing friends, great for a date night, great for bringing your parents—truly an all purpose establishment. Love the cocktails, and you MUST get the aushak!!
The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. However, the service was just average. Maybe because they already charge a 20% service fee, the staff only came to our table about three times from when we sat down until we left.
Spot on for chapli kabab, skewered meat, stuffed bread, and eggplant without the dairy. The naan was too stiff and dry, drinks were good.
The indoor area is very pretty, though our group sat outside which was very pleasant.
Would go back.
