We stopped by this Luna Hall in Chinatown Washington DC for teatime. It’s a cool looking place with lots of seats and different stalls selling various types of food. We ordered some Shanghai Shumai and Stir-fry Noodles at Dumpling District. We also tried their Rainbow Soup Dumplings with 6 different flavours… Pork Soup Dumpling, Crab Meat Soup Dumpling, Shrimp & Zucchini Soup Dumpling, Chicken Soup Dumpling, Mala Soup Dumpling and Black Truffle Soup Dumpling. The dumplings tasted so flavourful and yummylicious! At Kungfu Tea, we ordered two medium sized Matcha Red Bean Slush and Mangonada Slush (a spicy slush with intense flavour). Overall, it’s a nice cool place to relax and catch up while enjoying some yummy food.
Amazing time here, the bar and food options are great! The dumplings were amazing, can't wait to go back. Please try the matcha IPA beer. ?

Don’t order the pork ribs over rice. Like 1% meat and the rest is rice and sweet sauce. And the fried spring rolls are not good.

Great food in a nice food court in Chinatown, DC. I would have given 5 stars for service had they not opened 15 minutes late.

I loved this place!! It had a variety of foods and the service was great. I got the seafood stir fry, and I got what I asked for. Not just shrimp like at other places. I totally regret not getting the dumplings. They looked delicious. ?
best dumplings ever. a little hard to find and there was a bit of a wait but totally worth it.

Dumpling District is in the back of Luna Food Hall. It's a cozy spot with tables and couches. There's also bubble tea, ice cream, and a bar here to go along with your meal. They made the dumplings fresh in front of us and they were amazing. The one thing I didn't like was the stir-fry noodles because it didn't have much flavor. Definitely come here for a fresh and tasty soup dumpling!

I asked for a courtesy cup of water, after ordering $40 worth of food and they said no. If that's the hill they want to die on, die there. But can't recommend any restaurant that won't give paying customers a courtesy cup of water. It's not Dune. It was completely doable and not cool. Had I actually remembered to ask before paying, I would have just canceled my order and left.Food was adequate. Thirst may have impaired my taste buds. So, we'll never really know, as I won't be going back.

Had a decent selection of cocktails, good atmosphere, right next to Capital One Arena.
Incredible soup and Shanghai dumplings.
The inside is very clean and new. We ate Ding Gua Gua and dumpling district. The soup dumplings were delicious! They open late so it's a good choice
