Great atmosphere, great wine list and cocktails, lovely service but mostly an innovative menu with incredible flavors and textures (tuna crudo with apple broth, Tarama buns etc). Congrats to the Chef Matt Conroy, what a gem! We will be back!
Such an incredible addition to the DC dining scene. The hospitality provided by the Maison team was second to none.
Jason and Thomas offered friendly (and somewhat funny) service and were so knowledgeable about the dishes. The decor was gorgeous with the lighting being incredibly flattering and sexy. And of course, the food and wine was stellar. The mussels and fries and the Basque cheesecake will definitely be ordered again.
