Shenanigans is a staple within the AdMo community. As a millennial, I like how they play a lot of the 2000-2010s pop music and have been going here on and off for years. I do think the DJs need to update their playlists though and rotate/add more songs because there’s only so much of listening to JB’s “Beauty and the Beat” I can take at time.

I popped in on a busy Friday night with some friends as we were bar-hopping and despite the volume and large crowd, we were served so quickly! All night at other places it felt like we were struggling to get drinks and close out, but not here. The two girls at the downstairs bar were fast and efficient, and they handled their busy bar like pros!!! I also loved the vibes, but need to come back on a slower night to enjoy them. Will be returning with my friends!
Sam is the best bartender!! She’s always so attentive and I get my drinks so quickly. Bartenders like her bring the best vibe.

Shenanigan's Irish Pub is a restaurant and pub in DC that offers an unmatched deal of $10 for unlimited rail drinks from 8-10 pm. The pub can get crowded, so it's best to arrive early. It is a fun little bar with lots of cool locals and great bartenders. The wings were great and all the mixed drinks were strong. It's a fun bar to have some drinks with friends, or a great place to meet new friends.
Shenanigan's Irish Pub is a great place to celebrate special occasions, and they host diverse events. The atmosphere was so fun and Sam was AMAZING! The staff doesn’t seem to turnover nearly as much as other places and they will remember your face. The pub is not kid-friendly, but it is wheelchair accessible on the first floor.
The bartenders are known for their friendly service and passion. The drinks are made quickly and served ice cold, contributing to a fun atmosphere. This place will always stay at the top of the list of stops. Any time someone is visiting from out of town and asks for a recommendation, tell them to go to Shenanigan's. Overall, it is a fun dive bar experience with great food.
