It was my first experience at the hospital. Iβm very please and satisfied during all the entire process.My admission was prompt and smooth. The secretary was very helpful and knowledgeable. All nurses, doctors and everyone involved very pleasant. I felt home and trust that my procedure will be successful. My heart is full of gratitude for all of them. God bless!

One hour and half wait time
Excellent physicians and care though sometimes hard to get an appointment.
Very pleasantly professional and educational in answering all my questions.
The people and doctors were very kind.

CT scan went unbelievably smooth π
Time waiting was not bad at all. Staff very professional, had me in and out in minutes. I highly recommend this 4 floor imaging for your medical needs. Thank you all, blessings π
PS I did visit the main entrance restroom and was disappointed to see the neglect of cleanliness, no paper towels, and smell at 6 ish pm
A top of the line hospital facility! Been using this facility for 41years & Iβve seen this hospital grown in technology, also most of the staff Iβve intervened with are very knowledgeable & professionals.
The team is amazing. From the moment you walk in to the check out. Everyone was polite and helpful. I was in and out in time. They expertly explain everything along the way.

Dr Shin and his team were exemplary in their professionalism at both technical and interpersonal levels.
Horrible experience on both days. The Dr. told me to go home and return in the morning or next day to see a ER Dr. due to the fact They had no beds available in observation and or in the ER available, nothing but a chair to sit in for 9 more hour after I have been in on for 10 hours in pain. Which I appreciated that option but once I returned to the ER department the charge decided that she did not need to listen to me or the note from the Dr. then proceeds without empathy or sympathy to talk at me with an attitude when I am asking questions regarding my care and instructions. So I was in the ER for 10 or more hours to go home and return to sit all over again. Thankfully once I received my nurses and a Team after waiting for hours to go back to my team (Blue, Green, Red and Gold) I had 2 good nurses and the Techs team was good to me as well along with the Doctors I had taken care of me unfortunately this was on the 7pm-7 or 11pm shift. The shift 7am-7pm not always pleasant and the 7pm-7am could be a hit or miss depending on the day of the week. They have to do better.
It was a great experience interacting with staff. The kindness with greeting, professionalism, as well as detail.
I had a great experience. Everyone was thoughtful and considerate and thorough testing. Genet was my nurse and she did everything to make me comfortable. Also, Dr. Rogers explained my options very clearly. Looking forward to working with him to find a solution to my problem.
