We had lunch here. Dishes were hit or miss. The Bo Luc Lac came out without any sauce and seemed very dry and almost stale. Most of the dish was just a bed of salad or vegetables. While I would give it 3.5 starsI think it’s off the list for now and we will explore other options.
When it comes to food from Vietnam I’m clueless. We ordered a quail appetizer and I had seafood on noodles dish. The seafood was very fresh, but I was hoping for more spices. The restaurant was slow but they had a good soundtrack playing.

We went to this place only because it was convenient. Nothing special about this place. A bit expensive and the food was decent. If you are visiting D.C., I would go somewhere else.
