Moon Rabbit by Kevin Tien offers outstanding food with a great ambience. The chef-curated dishes like cumin lamb, quail, and wagyu stuffed leaves are spectacular, with the stuffed quail being perfectly cooked. Guests have praised the desserts as highly technical and innovative, although some like the pandan panna cotta may lack clarity. The restaurant is adventurous with ingredients and approach, making items like the annatto bread and pandan bread & butter must-tries, along with the shrimp thermador. The staff is super friendly, accommodating, and attentive, providing an excellent customer experience, especially with the Trip to Vietnam tasting menu or the excellent Restaurant Week lunch menu. The zero proof cocktails have also received positive feedback. While some dishes, like the rice cake starter or squash, may not appeal to everyone, the creativity and mostly delicious flavors keep guests returning. The bar area is nice, and while the dining room decor could be more interesting, the spacious room allows for a comfortable dining experience, even if tables are close together.
