Moon Rabbit by Kevin Tien offers outstanding food with a great ambience. The chef-curated dishes like cumin lamb, quail, and wagyu stuffed leaves are spectacular, with the stuffed quail being perfectly cooked. The desserts are incredible, with perfect flavor profiles, though some like the pandan panna cotta may lack clarity. The restaurant is more adventurous with ingredients and approach. The annatto bread and pandan bread & butter are must-tries, along with the shrimp thermador. The staff is super friendly, accommodating, and attentive, ensuring a great dining experience, especially with the Trip to Vietnam tasting menu or the excellent Restaurant Week lunch menu. The non-alcoholic beverages are also amazing. While some dishes like the rice cake starter or squash may not work for everyone, the creativity and mostly delicious flavors keep guests coming back. The bar area is nice, though the dining room decor could be more interesting.
