I have been there several times to give them the benefit of the doubt but I doubt I will return because of the incident that happened last time. The food is okay, a bit expensive for what you get. When I ordered the beer, the woman who served me charged me and, just before the tip, asked for my ID to verify my age. I'm not going to go into whether you should ask me before serving me or not. What really offended me was that, when I gave him my Spanish ID, he asked me "if I didn't have one that would work." I responded that no, I am not American and therefore do not possess such a document. Not satisfied, he called his colleagues and, amidst mockery in English (thinking I guess I wouldn't understand them), my document passed through the hands of at least 3 employees. The latter, in addition to being degrading, seemed highly unhygienic to me.After the embarrassing incident, I politely asked for my ID back and did not leave a tip for the poor treatment I received.I suppose that, upon seeing the latter, the preparation of the order changed since when I reviewed it I was missing several products.I do not recommend this establishment mainly because of the attention of the workers.

The food is regularly good, but the service is pathetic, the employees are rude, not friendly at all, they have no idea what customer service is, I have been there several times and it has always been the same until yesterday, which was the last thing they could do having done, I arrived and was standing in line to be able to pay for what I was going to order and one of the employees placed the closing tape in front of me, seeing that I was standing in line to order and told me why they were already closing, I mean if they already I'm inside and I'm in line, how are you going to close me in my face? The service is very bad, I do not recommend this place, unfortunately their employees are not pleasant at all.

Incredible. On a Friday night they don't have any nuggets. It's not the first time, why put a store that sells Pepito if they never have one?

Oh my goodness! Those arepas are ridiculously delicious! Perfectly seasoned and plenty of meat! The shredded chicken Catira was AMAZING! Also had the yuca balls. Yummy too! I purchased one of their sauces and it was delicious with just the right kick! Definitely in my top 5 favorites!

the food is good... but that chicken in the catira is dry, amigas, and you don't give enough salsa de ajo to make it better. plus everything needs more salt.

This place is absolutely delicious! It's inside a food hall that is cute and has a quiet vibe, at least during the weekday. Almost everything on the menu is gluten free too! Love it! Wish I lived closer so I could eat here more often.Dietary restrictions: Most of the menu is gluten free because they are made with corn flour. I didn't get the sense that they are a certified gluten free kitchen that avoids cross contamination though. The employees didn't know what I meant when I asked about gluten.

I ordered two empanadas of dogfish, 1 of shrimp, 1 of chicken and they gave me two of shrimp, 1 of dogfish and 1 of chicken... he said ten minutes and they served us in 25. The attention is not as I expected, I am from Venezuela and we are very cordial and more when we provide a service... be careful, I am giving a constructive opinion, we can improve and so I think I would return, thank you ?....

I ordered from this place last night around 8 pm from uber eats. About 20 minutes after I finished my meal (although delicious) I had food poisoning. FELT HORRIBLE. Maybe the chicken was left our too long, no clue but I have never had food poisoning before and it was a horrid experience.

They are located in La Cosecha. I love that they are located in this Latin food hall where's there are other options, you can sit anywhere, and close to the metro station. There is plenty of seating in here. The staff did take like about 20 mins for my food to be ready. They give you a buzzer. Camarones Empanada, Cazon Empanada, & pabellon Empanada, which were about $6. These are Venezuelan empanadas, which these are bigger than the Argentinian empanadas. I was not a fan of the pabellon empanadas because it was rehash beans. The Cazon texture is like the texture of a tamales. My favorite was the Camerones empanada. I do like how they have favorites that are not the typical flavors. I also got the passionfruit drink which was pretty sweet. It did cost $5.5.
