Best sushi I’ve ever had in the DMV. It’s a bit pricey, but so worth it! Chef Ricky uses top-notch ingredients—most imported straight from Japan. I’ll definitely be returning.
Chef Ricky is a rockstar and the curation of the foods was exceptional. The only complaint is that it is so hard to get the reservation, but Amex concierge was able to help me. I went in twice in a row! The add ons-assorted uni and others were definitely worth it.
Melon beer from Japan was delicious as well.
So far one of the best Omakase I have been.
I can't begin to say how amazing this experience was. By far the best sushi I've ever had.

The flavors, the texture. It brought out so many great emotions. It truly is a work of art.

I will definitely be back! As described by the Chef and Gabriel the host, each fish and ingredient is extremely fresh, in season, and most just hours brought from Japan. So each experience should be different.

You can tell that every detail about the ingredients is carefully planned.
