If I could give this place 0 stars I would. for 1 I paced my order online when I got there I still had to wait 30 mins and the lobby was EMPTY. While we were waiting a MOUSE ran down a pole in the kitchen (I cannot make this up). I top I got my food TWICE and BOTH times the order was WRONG!! I had to go next door to the bar to get it together because I'm pissed at this point. I get back and get my food in the car just to find out it's STILL NOT RIGHT!!! I'm over over over it. never again!!

This place should probably close. The burger quality is terrible and the fries were only ok. For the price point you can get a better burger from Five Guys at minimum.

Got a recommendation to go to Z Burger. Went for dinner and there were 2 other people inside. Took us 20 minutes to order with nobody in line. It took multiple times for them to get our orders correct. It took 45 minutes for 7 of us to get our food. Fries were cold and order came out in separate waves 15 minutes apart. Had to make multiple trips to the cashier to remind them what food was missing. Food itself was poor at best. It's pretty simple for me when I eat out. Good service Good food Reasonable pricing Ambiance This place checked none of the boxes. Avoid it and go somewhere else.

Good sandwiches and burgers. A bit too much to charge for a side of fries.

The customer service was horrendous. They ran out of burger so when we asked for a refund she gave us 0 back. Took an hour to get our food. The sanitary aspect was horrible. Definetly don't even know what standard hand washing protocols are.

First of all, I want to say that out of the 3 stores that is in this plaza, I had a 33% chance of getting good food - not sure how I missed on this one, and reading some other reviews, I don't think I'm too far off on what I'm about to write. I ordered for three people - 8" Philly, one bacon cheesburger, and one cheeseburger with LTO, and then 3 drinks. We ordered one fries and one onion rings, but were told no onion rings, so we got fries instead. One person worked the grill, and one person worked the register - neither looked like they wanted to be there, and were probably upset that the other two stores next to them (Quarter Tavern and Potbelly) had more customers - not sure, but our food was not good. My cheesesteak was decent but could have been better (I'm from Philly, so I have a high standard), but the cheeseburgers were inexcusable: the bacon cheeseburger had no bacon or cheese on it, and when I went back to get those items, I was told "oh, we don't have any bacon" ... but you charged me for a bacon cheeseburger..... So where's the cheese? They begrudgingly added cheese, but acted like it was a burden. My wife had the cheeseburger with LTO, but there was no mustard or ketchup, ... not sure why you have to ask for that as it's pretty standard for any burger. On top of that, it was not a tasty burger - it was very bland and had no seasoning or flavor on it. To top it all off, there were no napkins, so as we're trying to eat and keep clean, we had nothing to wipe our mouths or hands from the grease from the burgers and fries, so we ended up tossing $50 worth of bad food into their trash. Suffice to say, we will not be going back to that branch, and I'm not sure if we're going to chance it at another location. I had high hopes, because how do you mess up a burger? Well, just found out... please be better, Z Burger....

I looked on IG and saw what was being promoted only to be met with an expensive mistake of food and service. If you have no where else to eat and you are dying of starvation you might be better off dying of starvation. I should have known when it was lunch time and there was no one inside this place. Please learn from my mistakes and save your money!!!

Manager took my order for a double burger and ended up giving me a single. When asked to get a new one he gave me a burnt burger

For a family party of 13 they did a wonderful job!!! We called ahead and reserved the space as we were all traveling. The bartender did a great job with our drinks and orders. No orders were missed, messed up and we hearty servings. The menu was a great option for American foods and more seafood type options. The only downfall, which is common, is the singular receipt and when it’s multi family event, that was a small frustration, but we all understood from the restaurant’s side of that big of a party. Highly recommend as a first night meal in the cities and to get your bearings and feel for the towns vibe.

The food and service was great. The salmon with garlic fries was only $14. There is seating outside. I would recommend the Penn Quarter Sports Tavern. Street parking.
