Rude and mocking service — the employee said his name was Sahib.
I came into the store on Sept 24th around 10:00 pm and asked for two cheese slices. The man behind the counter started mocking me by repeating questions I had already answered. First, he asked if I wanted cheese or pepperoni — I said cheese. Then he asked again, “Two slices?” even though I had just said it clearly.
After that, I asked if they accepted Apple Pay. He replied in Spanish, ¿no, dinero? Which means no money? even though I was clearly asking about the payment method. When I asked again, he said it sometimes works, but continued being vague and dismissive.
When I decided to leave and asked him directly for his name, he mocked me again by answering “cheese?”, like he hadn’t understood anything — just to keep playing. This wasn’t a language issue. It was clear intentional disrespect.
Absolutely unacceptable experience. I will not be coming back, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone who expects basic courtesy.

I placed my order online I did the two for 8.49 cent each a had two medium pizza it's was 3.49 each to add stuffed crust once I placed on in paid I received a call from the store stated that they don't have stuffed crust I said ok will I be refunded for the extra 3.49 twice the man said he refunded me still no refund food was horrible barely any cheese on pizza whoever made them pizza shouldn't ever make any pizza for no one else I always ordered from the brookland station pizza boli there pizza food etc is always fresh the food I received last was horrible pizza dough was old no cheese just nasty I work for dominos I know old dough from new

VERY DISAPPOINTED! I ordered a pepperoni pizza with other toppings and there was not a single pepperoni on the pie. A few of the other toppings I requested- Not there! I called the store and they were very nonchalant and uninterested I. My complaint. Will not be ordering from this store.

This evening, I ordered a large pizza and a Brisk Ice Tea. Firstly, the person over the phone kept getting my address wrong, which was slightly frustrating. Once the order actually got here, the pizza was fine, but I received a Mountain Dew instead of Brisk. When I tried to tell the driver about the error, he asserted that I ordered a Mountain Dew and I know I did not. The experience was very frustrating, and makes me want to stop ordering here.

I usually order from this place and the food there is so fresh and so yummy that I just can't stop going there. Everytime I go there and I feel like I shouldn't stop eating only. I recommend everyone to visit here it's amazing

At one time this was the best pizza boils in the area. Ever since it’s been under new management last couple of years it has gone to straight garbage. The previous owners were the reason I came here for literally years. Now I wouldnt step foot in this place with the current ownership. Every visit gets worse. You’ve been warned!

I have placed an online order for a philly cheesesteak from this particular location, 8th St SE Capitol Hill, on more than one occasion. Each time, it's never how I order it. I always get a steak sub with none of the toppings I order and no condiments on the sub, mayo, ketchup, etc. I get the meat, cheese, and bread. Once I get back to work, I don't always have time to take it back for them to make over so I'm forced to eat something I didn't pay for or just throw it in the trash. I'm tired of wasting my money at this particular Pizza Boli's. They DO NOT follow instruction.
