At one time this was the best pizza boils in the area. Ever since it’s been under new management last couple of years it has gone to straight garbage. The previous owners were the reason I came here for literally years. Now I wouldnt step foot in this place with the current ownership. Every visit gets worse. You’ve been warned!

I have placed an online order for a philly cheesesteak from this particular location, 8th St SE Capitol Hill, on more than one occasion. Each time, it's never how I order it. I always get a steak sub with none of the toppings I order and no condiments on the sub, mayo, ketchup, etc. I get the meat, cheese, and bread. Once I get back to work, I don't always have time to take it back for them to make over so I'm forced to eat something I didn't pay for or just throw it in the trash. I'm tired of wasting my money at this particular Pizza Boli's. They DO NOT follow instruction.

Randomly canceled my order, won't answer the phone. I waited an hour for delivery (12:15pm on a weekday) before attempting to track the order only to find out this store randomly canceled the order, sent no notification letting me know, and won't answer their phone. If this worthless location is unable to keep their business functioning on a basic level I sure as hell no longer trust them to prepare my food at this or any other location. This place charges $2 to put a default amount of cheese on any pizza.

It's super convenient to run in and grab a pizza. I've had to wait several times past scheduled availability but never that long (and I've been offered free sodas as compensation). There is no indoor/outdoor seating. It is purely a grab and go business. But if I'm in the mood for decent, hot and cheesy pizza, Pizza Bolis is usually where I turn- it's much better than mainstream Papa Johns/Caesars, etc.!
Kid-friendliness: Not not-kid friendly, but it is pick up and go- no place to seat and eat
I ordered a pizza that had clear instructions.when I called the restaurant he said they followed the instructions when I told him they didn't and reread the instructions he said ok what do you want me to do when I told him I wanted anther pizza he said he couldn't because they only have one driver for the holiday he said if I wanted a refund to contact slice...I call slice they say they reached out and the store told them that the order was correct and there will be no refund. #NeverAgain

I spent $14 on a Philly cheesesteak that was quite literally the worst Philly cheesesteak I’ve ever had. Theirs is just a combination of pizza toppingss without any cheese whiz, just pizza cheese. It was really dry, too. no drink included. Not coming back

For the price they're selling a slice of pizza for I could have brought better cardboard to eat for lunch the pizza was dry it had absolutely no flavor at all and it was cold....thank God they didn't make the pepis

Can't follow instructions. I didn't ask for flat wings marinaded in hot sauce and the texture of the wings seemed left over rather than fresh. For $30. this meal was a complete waste.

Omg I just ordered a grilled chicken sub w/extra mayo mushrooms and other toppings…first off the chicken tasted freezer burnt and what mayo? They didn’t put any…also while I did ask for my wings to be cooked well I didn’t mean dry and tasteless…smh…as for the fries…forget it…the bread on the sub was rubbery and yeah just simply nasty…my whole meal was disgusting and I had a gut feeling abt it before ordering but my daughter wanted it so I obliged…the only thing they couldn’t have possibly messed up that was delish was my canned soda (Thanks to PepsiCo)…otherwise everything else was trashed!!! Never ever again!!!

Fake open hours. Should open until 12:00 pm. They took the Order and the money and confirmed the order to be picked up in 15 minutes. At 11:50 they were closed without any notification. Next Day i called there. They said i never ordered. I went there and showed them the confirmation. They gave me the Order but i had to throw it away.
