I don't like coming to this chicken but it's the closest, they never have breast and the people who serve are very annoying.

I was so excited to have pollo campero for my dinner and family but i found blood in the chicken it was too watery also i believe it needs to be more cooked than this chicken barely had flavor inside it was js on the skin. The customer service was okay the lady tried to force me to get tortillas instead of the bread just because she didnt wanna feel like going in the back to get bread, overall im very disappointed in this purchase

I went to this establishment a few times and the food is always fresh and the service is decent. However, every time I order food the cashier Josue appears to never want to give me my receipt with the barcode to get my points . I always have to reinstate needing my receipt to get my points which is always a tug of war. Is the location on 14th St. in Washington DC.

I’m really frustrated with my experiences at this establishment. Each time I visit, the staff tries to keep my receipt with the barcode for their bonus rewards, which is unprofessional since customers should retain their own receipts. Additionally, instead of providing a mix box with all parts, they just gave me thighs and legs. I would appreciate someone looking into these issues.

Ran out of rolls and wouldn’t offer me an alternative for the meal “just because”. What kind of customer service is this? It’ll really hurt your business that much to give me an extra drumstick or side to make up for it? Also chicken was dry and the sides tasted like they were frozen then microwaved. Not returning for how rude they were too.

Got here 35 minutes they close the cashier said they out of chiken because they closed at 8 and they don't want to make more he told me if u want it will be like 40 minutes to get the chiken ready and we closed at 8 so I was so u don't want to sell chiken he said we can I was like ok let me place a order but we closed at 8 and we don't want to make chiken wat kind of people they got working there they need to be replaced

I can't believe what kind of people work there, a worker named Carina H. She treats me badly. Husband, I think that if they have problems they should leave them outside the door at work and not go and take it out on a customer with terrible service.

the taste of the chicken is not the same of the original recipe taste like a normal chicken and some times it's raw if you guys can try the one on pg mall or the one on langley park and after try that one it's going to be very different
