I ordered from this location through Uber Eats November 8th at around 6:00 p. m., and it took the food an hour to get to me.
When I received it, it was soggy, tasted stale, and it felt undercooked. The food tasted as if had been frozen and then reheated. I ordered coleslaw and six breasts, along fries. The coleslaw has odd discolorations, and the chicken was overall just too wet.
I genuinely regret ordering from this location as the Gaithersburg location is better by miles with the food.

I try not to complain but it’s 100% true! This place takes forever to make your food! I placed an online app order 15 minutes before picking up and still ended up waiting another 15 minutes when I got there. They did this like 5 times in a row in the past. I don’t think I want to go back here anymore because they annoy me and it’s really hard to accept.

I’m like the chicken but, They always take up to 35 minutes. I never complain, but they focus more on different things than on customer service. You have to leave tired and go for food thinking that it's better and you realize that it becomes a total of 45 minutes.😔😔😔

The food is quite good, the cashier service is quite good but they have a terrible organization, it is a Sunday and from the outside you can see the terrible way to carry the work in the kitchen, you can see that they do not have a manager who directs the whole process, listens to at least 3 confused orders and others where customers wait more than 35 minutes. Cooks can't be waiters too.
I don't like coming to this chicken but it's the closest, they never have breast and the people who serve are very annoying.

I was so excited to have pollo campero for my dinner and family but i found blood in the chicken it was too watery also i believe it needs to be more cooked than this chicken barely had flavor inside it was js on the skin. The customer service was okay the lady tried to force me to get tortillas instead of the bread just because she didnt wanna feel like going in the back to get bread, overall im very disappointed in this purchase

However, every time I order food the cashier Josue appears to never want to give me my receipt with the barcode to get my points . I always have to reinstate needing my receipt to get my points which is always a tug of war. Is the location on 14th St. in Washington DC.

I’m really frustrated with my experiences at this establishment. Each time I visit, the staff tries to keep my receipt with the barcode for their bonus rewards, which is unprofessional since customers should retain their own receipts. Additionally, instead of providing a mix box with all parts, they just gave me thighs and legs. I would appreciate someone looking into these issues.
