This is an excellent Potbelly location! I recommend ordering in person if you have time, as this will ensure you get exactly what you want on your sub.

The sandwich I received was so stingy I couldn’t believe it. I received a sandwich with literally maybe 2 slices of turkey breast on it. I’d you order online it seems there is a good chance this shop takes the opportunity to rob you blind. I decided to give my local shop a try and instantly regretted it. I’d recommend you stay away.

Just watched dude behind the counter drop a utensil twice, each time pretending to get a new one, wipe it off with a hand towel, and put it back on the counter... maybe consider cleaning it next time? Pretty obvious man.

Was on a school trip and we stopped by this restaurant. The salad I got was absolutely horrible, but the service was fine, contrary to other reviews. But what really shone was the mini oatmeal chocolate chip cookies ??. Definitely recommend, if you go to the Potbelly, you NEED to try the cookie.
I recently came to this location in Navy Yard and was disturbed by the lack of professionalism. The staff argued amongst each other when I arrived because my order was not ready (I did a mobile order for pick up) and then the manager did not apologize for my order not being ready on time. My sandwich tasted amazing (I got the Mediterranean) but the customer service was trash and I do not plan to return to this specific location.

They lack efficiency and great customer service. I have ordered from this location 3 times and each time my order was wrong...or missing an item. Talking to management is a waste, because I received a lack of understanding that I am very dissatisfied with my local Potbelly service. I will never order from the again....ever.

Not as good of an experience compared to other locations. The entire staff was preoccupied with their own conversation and ignoring the customers. The person making my sandwich kept forgetting about completing my order as he kept stepping away to join the conversation. Twice, he seemed surprised that I was still standing there. I’m a fan of potbelly, but I may not return to this location.

The meatball sub is a favorite. I get hot peppers on it. It was perfect. Tonight, they were busy with a big order but stopped what they were doing to take my order. Four sandwiches in all, I paid and was back on the road home in ten minutes tops. There isn't much parking but somehow a spot opens up when you need it.
