I just wanted to shout out Ms. Kimberly who assisted me in finalizing my order, after the young lady that greeted me today was soooooo rude. I visit Navy Yard Potbelly's often and every visit I'm served with happy smiles and great customer service. The manager Kim always displays great leadership skills, providing assistance to her team and customers in the most professional manner. This may be the best Potbelly location in the DMV hands down. From the service to the order accuracy very consistent. Keep up the great work and Kim keep leading. People see you and appreciate you.
Perfect spot to stop, enjoy the beautiful evening and grab a bite to eat. After walking around The Navy Yard Park we I was tempted by the displayed image of the Chili Mac. I wasn't disappointed.
