Rude service, the lady with curly hair was so rude, rude face, rude talking, rude action. I bought all the flavors of that day's macarons and left in anger. it was delicious but i will never go back. P/s: She didn’t give me the bag and receipt.

Agree with other reviews on the rude service. Went in at 8:30 on a Saturday morning. Said Good Morning to the lady working, she did not respond and looked me up and down and gave me a rude look. It's amazing this business keeps people like this around. Just because an employee can bag a croissant and ring it up does not mean they have the skills to do the job. No people skills whatsoever.

Hours say they open at 8am. It's past 8am, but lights are off and doors are locked. I guess I won't be able to find out why they're 3 stars. Although not opening when they're supposed to, is a good start.

Customer service was terrible. A kid was behind the counter on his phone with earphones in the entire time. Could barely hear him and latte was made in a hurry. Rather go to Starbucks...

Customer service is nonexistent. The lady behind the counter was not friendly at all. She made my drink wrong twice but I didn't even stay the second time for her to fix it because she made it uncomfortable. Macaroon was pretty good but I won't be returning.

The customer service is beyond rude here. I bought almost $100 worth of cupcakes here in two days. On the second day, no one greeted me when I came in and the lady behind the counter gave me a hard time about wanting the cupcakes in boxes rather than those tacky plastic containers. I insisted on the boxes and she acted like she couldn't hear me and told me I needed to communicate. First of all, I did tell you what I want and second, if you turned the damn music down, you could hear better. They really need to work on their service because the cupcakes are very basic and definitely nothing to write home about. I'll stick to Bakeshop next time.

I go to Pralines all the time and it's always delicious. Their macarons are personally my favorite but I've never had anything that I didn't like. They have sandwiches there in addition to sweets.

Wanted to try something new while visiting DC. Sausage, egg and cheese was good but everything was kinda pricey. It is DC so I get things are overpriced but there are better places out there to spend your money. My biggest complaint are the employees who are rude and unpleasant. They won't greet you, acknowledge your presence or try to have any type of conversation. They barely spoke to me when I was ordering. All you'll get are head nods.

I adore Praline Bakery! The pistachio chocolate croissant is probably my favorite. The lemon ginger cookies, red velvet cookies, & chocolate Buche de Noel were a triumph during the holiday season. My friends & family were so impressed! The atmosphere was warm & welcoming.
