Roaming Rooster never disappoints, but my most recent visit was truly next level and a huge part of that was thanks to Bini, one of the best employees I've encountered anywhere. From the moment I came up, Bini made the experience memorable. Very good food, solid spice at the medium level - makes me want to try the hot, but I'm a bit nervous. Fries were also really good. I would have rather paid $2 more for an additional wing and $2 less for fewer fries.
