Great place for an upscale drink. Feels very DC, like a place where important people get an after work drink.
The home of the original Mint Julep. This is a piece of Washington history.

A beautiful and historic bar located at the Willard InterContinental, just a short walk from the White House. I had cocktails and French onion soup—the drinks were made to perfection, and the soup was delicious. The bar décor is beautiful, making it one of my favorite places in Washington, D.C

Amazingly historic and luscious atmosphere that puts you back in time.
A great bar tender served one of my favorites after going back and making sure he made my sour whiskey with egg whites on top. I hate that I forgot his name but he made my day!

Great experience here for a drink and happy hour snacks. No profiling of guests were involved and the staff was very friendly and helpful with our Q's. Will definitely come back. The cocktails were delicious!

This hotel was the host to the worst mass murdering terrorist alive today, I would never recommend this place!
Simply the Best!! Highly Recommended!!
Classic ambience with one of the best barrel aged old fashioneds we have tried. At $32 it’s on the pricier side - but the bartenders usually give a generous pour. We are big fans of Ray and try to visit when he is working.
