I have trouble walking at times because of a health issue and tried to walk in what I though was the entrance today only to reprimanded by an employee who forced me to hobble all the way around the building because it was “exit only”. Then the same employee took my order and purposely messed it up. I ordered two shack burgers to go and received two patties in buns with nothing else. Enjoyed coming here with my family. The young woman at the counter was so friendly. I told her I was hard of hearing and she was so patient with me. The young woman's name is Unique. She really cares. The food was good but the customer service was excellent. This was our first time in the DC area. We will definitely come back here on out next trip here.
