RUDE. I am appalled that a business could be so rude during these times. I called because their website was NOT working and they answered and yelled "use our website" and hung up! Before I could even speak they hung up. Very unprofessional/unsupportive. Plus, 711 coffee is better than theirs...just trust me on this. Goodluck getting customers :)
Love having this restaurant in my neighborhood. They’re doing great things in the kitchen and changing their menu. The best deal around for sure! What a gem in the Navy Yard!
Their hours say they are open until 10pm on Fridays. Two Fridays in a row my girlfriend and I went for an after dinner espresso between 8:00 and 8:30pm, and two Fridays in a row the “espresso was shut down for the night”. So a coffee shop doesn’t have coffee drinks during its regular hours? We’re not going to waste our time with a third attempt.

Though not a budget option, Slipstream attracts a young professional and weekend crowd, providing a craft breakfast in a lively environment. The automatic 18% gratuity has been a point of contention for some customers. Overall, it is a great spot with friendly staff and good food.
