Sad place and ruined the smash burger brand name. Bum bothering our group and cashier did nothing. Cashier himself has no reaction and seemed like we were bothering him.Ordered a Colorado double, burger was phenomenal. The chicken fingers was garbage. I brought a sandwich on the app for pickup. The sandwich arrived over 15 minutes after the time that I was notified that it was ready and I had walked down. I stood around with 5-6 other people waiting on their orders. There were only 3 people working, 2 in the kitchen and 1 running orders. There was little customer service, communication, etc.I suspect that the workers were told to game the preparation time system to hide the fact that they are understaffed. This place gets 2 stars solely on the customer service! Or lack thereof!!! I got the classic double smash burger with bacon. It came with lettuce, smash sauce, red onions, tomato's, one square of lettuce and two small tomato's! The "smash sauce" was non existent, glad I got mayo on the side.
