Sost Resto-Lounge is a newly opened establishment that boasts a stunning multi-level layout and a sophisticated design, giving it an upscale feel perfect for a chill evening out. The soft lighting, plush seating, and modern decor create a chic atmosphere, reminiscent of a New York City night. The lounge offers a variety of amenities, including a speakeasy, cafe, and lounge area, making it a great spot for solo nights out, dates, or hanging with friends.

The drinks at Sost are a standout, with creative cocktails such as the Sahara Smoke and the Moroccan Mint, which are made with a perfect balance of flavors and ingredients. The bartenders can also concoct mocktails and pair drinks with spiced appetizers. The Sahara Smoke cocktail, in particular, has a refreshing finish with a smoky depth.

The food at Sost has room to grow, but some dishes are already delicious. The Sost Cheeseburger, while tasty, is a basic cheeseburger that doesn't quite live up to the elevated vibe of the lounge. However, the staff can be friendly and accommodating, as witnessed in the excellent service provided by James, who was a great server and companion, and Jada, who served with great enthusiasm. The owners or higher-ups should work to improve the service, including clearer communication, better coordination, and a stronger sense of professionalism.

Despite its imperfections, Sost has a lot of promise and potential to become a must-visit spot. The space is stunning, the cocktails are solid, and the food has room to grow. With some work on the service, Sost can fulfill what's been missing and become a great destination for nightlife.
