I am not a huge fan of the pumpkin spice lattes because they’re usually too sweet. This Starbucks location makes them just sweet enough. The service is also fast, efficient and friendly!! So glad they’re nearby where I live.

The store is so cold you cannot sit inside. The thermostat says 67 but the temperature outside the store above the entrance says that it is 66 outside. Let’s says that outside it is comfortable but inside it is awful. You can not complain about this to the store employees. They don’t care about their customers at all. Everyone inside is freezing except the employees that work behind the counter. Worst customer service. I have complained for years to manager and corporate office.

This Starbucks Coffee Company is a great community store with friendly staff. The peppermint hot chocolate is really good and makes for a Christmas vibe. Customers are greeted with a great smile and service, especially from workers like Kim and Rose, who prepare oatmeal perfectly. The store is super clean and nice after a remodel, with some seating inside and outside, and no drive through. It is a great stop in the neighborhood, and when busy, staff handle it like a pro. However, the temperature is consistently too cold, making it uncomfortable to sit and work. Also, service can be hit or miss, depending on the employee, whether drinks are made correctly.
