No restroom for customers is crazy. even its clearly there they said thats for personal use only there is not even a sign stating that . Anyway its not the best Starbucks location at all i can drive another 10 mins next time but not to buy from that location .

Horrible service, This is my first time coming here and I went today to get my trenta dragon drink and the person who made my drink gave me a small. I corrected him and I saw that he didn't bother to redo my drink again properly, he only transferred the small drink into another larger cup size. And then added a lot of coconut milk and another ingredient but mainly it was the coconut milk. He didn’t shake properly, only stirred it. I added a picture and you can clearly see it's primarily made of coconut milk (white) and it’s just sitting there and it’s not the Dragon drink that I wanted. The worker is very unprofessional and lazy. That is your job to do and you didn’t do it correctly. Honestly terrible service, and I do not recommend

I have been to several Starbucks in my area this location is the Best got my drink order correct didn't have to add and atmosphere is upbeat and Happy. Justin and the Crew Keep up the Great Work, keeping us going

The Starbucks on 8th street in SE is terrible. I paid for my meal and didn’t get any service from any of the workers or even a hello paid for a drink I couldn’t even get I will never return there at all. This place I would never go to again

We came here today to grab some treats for my children to eat while I holler a cab. My children was eating and one of the employee behind the counter holler me and said “i don’t know if you are waiting for Oder or not? If you are not? You need to go as this is a grab and go location!” Meanwhile there’s a Guy on a swivel chair sitting since we got in and a guy a few minutes ago stayed and eat his order and none of the employees said anything to them! I told her we are waiting for a can and it is raining outside and my children are still eating their food! She said I don’t know where you want to have your children eat their food but you need to go as we are grab and go location! I been a Gold Member of Starbucks since 2011, I reloaded my card when I placed an order and I never treated like this employee on this location! I feel like being discriminated due to my race! I asked one local(a women with a dog)
Who just came in and grab her Starbucks coffee and she pointed out they have a window for grab and go but pretty much you can stay inside for a bit while you eat what you grabbed! She apologized the way my children are treated. Especially in the rain the lady kicked us out! I would understand she kicked us out if we didn’t grab something or we are being disruptive but it is not the case! The local told me it is weird they treated You Like That!

Stood around for about 5 minutes with no one at the counter, and the employee that eventually came out seemed inconvenienced that I and the customer behind me were there.
