My toasted bagel and iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso took over 20 min to prepare. The drink was made incorrectly and I was given the wrong spread with my bagel, which no one cared to correct.
I usually order online but on December 14th, 2023 (and November 28th), I ordered in person. I ordered online on December 13th and everything was fine. But Thursday (12/14/23) morning must have not been going well for the staff. The cashier could barely hear me because of the music, and my two masks. I ordered an Venti Iced Chai Tea Latte, with Half and Half, the cup lined with caramel and extra caramel drizzle. They gave me Venti Chai Tea Latte with a lot of milk foam, I sipped it quickly, and asked for an ice one (because that is what I initially ordered). The girl [I don't know her name but I know the face] that was making it acted so irritated when I told her I wanted extra caramel drizzle please (even though that was literally on the cup from the wrong latte so she knew that's what I ordered or she could have asked me). I normally don't send things back and will just drink it anyway because I don't like drama. I was not rude, I didn't even speak that loud. I she wasn't even going to add the drizzle and literally sucked her teeth as she squeezed barely a dot of caramel at the top of the cup. Extra Caramel drizzle is $0.60, I think Half and Half is $0.40. I might have the amounts backwards but it's usually at least another $1.40 for my modifications which I willingly pay for. But not for you to barely give me the drizzle and pass me the cup, like "Here next." They barely even said "Good Morning." The staff member that stood by calling out names was extremely nice and professional. I don't remember her name but she had on glasses and two strand twists in her hair. When I go back in the office, I will ask for her instead. I have been to other locations that provided a lot more caramel, chocolate, whatever syrups people order without attitude. Plus, I only ordered that because the Caramel Brulee Latte and Iced Caramel Brulee Latte was sold out at the time. The blueberry muffins are always good.
