I usually order online but on December 14th, 2023 (and November 28th), I ordered in person. I ordered online on December 13th and everything was fine. But Thursday (12/14/23) morning must have not been going well for the staff. The cashier could barely hear me because of the music, and my two masks. One of the worst Starbucks I've been to (which already means it's bad compared to any local coffee shop). Floor was dirty, everyone standing around with no line management or order, not enough tables or chairs (despite having a lot of space) and the ones that were there were dirty. The steaming machines were broken so they couldn't make most drinks. Black coffee tasted burnt, which is typical for Starbucks. No vegan pastry options at all. Lovely customer service, fast efficient, but they seem to miss an ingredient or two when making my coffee, especially my vanilla blonde latte was not sweet at all like they missed the vanilla syrup or something. Other than that they’re great!
