I really enjoy working from the Starbucks at the Wharf. The staff is consistently excellent, helpful, and welcoming, especially Tammie. She always checks in to see if I need anything, which makes a big difference when you’re settling in for a long work session. Bonus: I had no idea Starbucks offered free refills until Tammie told me. This place has quickly become one of my favorite spots to work.

I try to support small coffee shops over big corporate ones, but when in a pinch or traveling, Starbucks is always a comfort. The cashier/barista was friendly, quick and had good energy. My hot coco kept me warm while walking around the national mall.

The Starbucks at The Wharf was quick, efficient, and exactly what I needed. I placed a mobile order for a Chamomile Honey Tea, and by the time I left my hotel and arrived at the store, my drink was ready and waiting.
Even though it was later in the evening, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the store wasn’t crowded, which made for a smooth and relaxing stop.
If you’re a Starbucks fan visiting The Wharf, this location is definitely worth a visit for its speedy service and calm atmosphere.

I was going to let this go but it ate at me all weekend. We got in on Thursday 8/28 night (6pm) and after a long ride to our favorite Starbucks drinks! I grabbed a couple spindrifts and went to the desk to order. The girl (worker) was out in the main area, no big deal. The woman walks behind the counter and just glares at us and said nothing. I immediately just decided to get my two spindrifts and water and leave. She didn’t say a word to me she punched in my stuff and then stared at me. I scanned my code and happily told her to have a good night she just walked away and said nothing. I literally said out loud to my fiance, did I do something to piss her off? What just happened.
Let me add we chose this hotel because it was right next to this Starbucks! We love our morning and evening drinks!

My first time here and after the service today i will keep going back my girl lashay made my frappe how i wanted it and even wrote on my cup “ pretty girls loves frapps” that made my day other than that love the cleanliness and the fast service huge shoutout to lashay!

I had a really disappointing visit. When we walked in, today July 27th 2025 at 8:58 PM.I politely asked if they were still open, and was told, “Yeah, two minutes left.” We quickly placed our order, but the staff member was extremely rude and clearly unhappy to serve us. He walked into the next room and yelled loudly, clearly letting out his frustration, then came back and made our drinks while aggressively clattering dishes—making it obvious we weren’t welcome.
I completely understand that staff want to close on time, but this level of unprofessionalism and passive-aggressive behavior is unacceptable, especially at a place like Starbucks. It made us feel very uncomfortable. Hoping this was just one bad experience and not the standard for this location.

This is the worst Starbucks I've ever seen in my life. The employees were so rude, beyond rude and the bathroom is disgusting, my girlfriend went into the bathroom and the seat wasn't screwed in and clipped her leg, it started bleeding. Honestly thinking of suing this place. I hope it gets shut down.
