A solid Starbucks with a great location, friendly staff, and exactly what you’d expect: coffee without the drama.
This spot isn’t flashy, but it doesn’t fade into the background either. It’s right where you need it, just a short walk from The Wharf, and it delivers everything a Starbucks should – reliably and without fuss.
The staff are quick, friendly, and know how to keep things moving, even when it’s busy. Orders come out fast, drinks taste just right, and there’s a good selection of snacks if you need a bite on the go.
Inside, it’s functional with a clean layout and a few seating options. Not the coziest place for a long hangout, but perfect for a short break or to refuel between activities.
What keeps it from being a full 5? A bit more character or atmosphere wouldn’t hurt. But if you’re nearby and craving caffeine, it’s a no-brainer. Dependable, efficient, and exactly what you need to keep your day rolling.
Two drinks made the same size exactly the same, one has way less coffee and way more ice. And they were out of drink carriers. It’s always SOMETHING at this Starbucks. Either you order ahead and wait 20mins and the drinks still aren’t ready when you show up or they do this. Get it together y’all.
The food was fine but the workers don’t have to treat me like a regard for something that isn’t the content of my character (it was the color of my skin)
It's such a sad coffee place. Lack of service and empathy...
The worst customer service ever. Refused using the bathroom for paying customers. Rude.
Starbucks is inclusive but not enough to have changing tables in the restrooms
Very bad service , poor customer service
I loved the coffee and the food from here but i would definitely not come back to this starbucks, the cashier seemed very annoyed at me and my family and rolled her eyes as if she was doing us a favor ….
Staff was talking over us as we were trying to order. Was incredibly rude and confusing.
This is the first time I found a Starbucks store that doesn't know how to make a cold foam. First mistake put only whipped cream on it. Then I come back and ask for the pistachio cold foam I ordered, the black skinny lady had me waited for she finish other three drinks and simply mix the drink before, still without my pistachio cold foam. Wasting my time and extra $1.25

Just want to use the restroom one of employee said can’t use the bathroom unless you purchase something, it’s shameful!
Espresso Outside the Theater
The curtain waits, the city's heart thrums,
A paper cup—my prelude—warm and numb.
Bitter silk, a molten stream,
Espresso pulls—dark, sharp, supreme.
The hiss of steam, the crackle of night,
Marquee letters in golden light.
Sip, and the world turns rich, profound—
Caffeine and promise, the pulse of sound.
The air, electric—laughter, heels—
A stage of moments, each one feels
Like a scene before the scene unfolds—
Espresso’s heat, the night’s pure gold.
I was there this morning, my 85 year old grandma needed to use the restroom. The person at the register informed us that we had to buy something. I proceeded to buy my favorite oatmilk mocha. I’m sure this is not the first time the employees have to deal with a situation like this. I understand it is their job to uphold their policy which I quickly followed by buying a product. I just wish the person at the register would have been more graceful with an aging grandmother in a very undignified situation. The person at the register was very defensive about the bathroom, like they were following an executive order of national priority in foreign affairs, of utmost important matters. Ultimately, I would love for the person at the register to get an all-paid two-week vacation to wherever they treat them well, so they can be pampered, taken care of, and rest, so they can give this kindness back and start seeing the humanity again, certainly to such a delicate individual as any grandmother. I’m only assuming this individual was as ruthless as they were because they have been subjected to policies that overlook the sensitivity required for a customer-facing business. I wish this individual well and hopefully they get a restful and soul-recharging experience soon.
I came here on a trip to the Wharf, and ordered a dragonfruit drink which was fresh and standard. I also like that they have free water in the front, in case you get thirsty. While the staff here are nice, I wish the Starbucks was much cleaner. They were little Starbucks cups thrown all over the place which resulted in me leaving the restaurant early.
I used to come here all the time to finish some school work but the WiFi randomly stopped working outta no where, now I can’t do my work no more. This location needs to get their WiFi fixed ASAP no rocky.
