First time I've ever had my order be completely done wrong, and my name completely wrong at any starbucks, even in other countries the service is better. Horrible representation of the brand.
Great atmosphere! This location was very clean. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has several locations with mixed experiences. The customer service is often excellent, welcoming, and friendly, with attentive staff who are kind and efficient even when short-staffed and overworked. Some locations, like the one at the Wharf and 15th Street Northwest, have great employees. However, at one specific location, a long-term customer has issues with most of the female baristas, who do not always smile and can give a bit of an attitude. In contrast, the young male baristas do not give too much push back. The food is good, and the coffee is ok. At the Reserve location, the coffee was absolutely amazing, rich, flavorful, and perfectly crafted. A customer tried the Jalapeno Chicken Pocket, which was pretty good and filling for only 200 calories. The drinks are always on point. The interior design is great, and the Reserve sells specialty coffee beans from Mexico. However, one reviewer was disappointed for Starbucks to call this location a reserve compared to locations in NY and Chicago.
