We went for Bourbon and Burgers Night (Thursday). Sat at the bar. Service was excellent. The drinks were great, and the food was outstanding. Jorge knows his whiskey! And gin. The Cherry Blossom cocktail was great, my wife said. We hope to go back before we head back home.
Everything about this place stands out in the best way possible. The environment was calm and refined, making it easy to enjoy the meal without distractions. The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Service flowed smoothly from start to finish, and the attention to detail was noticeable. A fantastic example of what great dining should feel like.
The waiter didn't come back for a long time and then he was gone. It took the food a long time to come out. I had to stop another waiter to assist us.
