Come here when it’s not busy and you’ll have a good Subway experience - I live two blocks away and have never had a problem with the food or service other than when it gets a little busy it can be rather slow as many other reviews have already noted.
I want to leave a special review for an employee Alex who every time I go to this location takes special care of everyone who goes and always does it with a smile and a friendly attitude. Today he and his colleague kept their calm despite a rude and demanding customer (who was Facetiming during her whole interaction with the employees)

I called at 9:00pm on Friday Feb 7, 2020 only to be told you were closed and I mentioned the website indicated open until 11pm... the female who answered hung up on me very abruptly. If your hours of operation have changed you should update the website. I am a regular customer who lives in the neighborhood. I have nothing but positive things to say re the employees and their customer service, especially Mr. Cosmos. He is especially nice and his customer service is top notch!!...read full review
