I called at 9:00pm on Friday Feb 7, 2020 only to be told you were closed and I mentioned the website indicated open until 11pm... the female who answered hung up on me very abruptly. If your hours of operation have changed you should update the website. I am a regular customer who lives in the neighborhood. I have nothing but positive things to say re the employees and their customer service, especially Mr. Cosmos. He is especially nice and his customer service is top notch!! But I've noticed recently the store closing earlier than usual. Pls modify the website if your hours of operation have changed.

Hello. I hope this message finds you well. I was hungry on this pre-thanksgiving evening after having a very long day and I decided to get a bite to eat from Subway on my way home. Upon arrival to the restaurant, I was greeted by 2 staff members male and female) and I proceeded to think about my order. I requested a roast beef mini on Italian herbs and cheeses, however the male staff person proceeded to make me a 6in sub, when I requested a mini. After looking at the bread, I told him that is not a mini and I would like a mini for my sub. He proceeded to debate me on the products at the store after I pointed out to him that, the roast beef mini is what I would like to order. After I showed him, which I'm sure he's well aware of as an employee of this nationwide brand, that Subway in facts offers this size when it's served as a kids meal option. Once I found myself explaining to him why this was my selection I then asked did he not want to sell me the sandwich. He in turned said "No because I was not a kid." How dare he assume that I was not purchasing that meal for a child or my child. Needless to say it was what I wanted regardless of who was eating it!! I was the only customer in the establishment and failed to be served because of the option I requested. As a fellow food blogger in my area and a frequent visitor of the Barracks Row/Eastern Market location; I could have chosen a plethora of restaurants to choose from, however I walked to subway after getting pampered at the nail salon. This is not my first time ordering a "mini" sub at Subway. Other staff members at other locations have proudly served me this sub without hesitation. While I was willing to pay Subway $6+ dollars on this day, I resulted in spending $14.20 on Thai food that I had no intent on buying. Very disappointed in the service I received and I do hope this matter will be handled immediately.

Unfortunately I don't have the option to put zero stars but I just want express my disappointment with some of the staff of this location. Falsely telling me about a veterans special then retracting their statement AFTER I completed my order. I don't expect free things because I am a veteran, I don't tend to even utilize the discounts or anything but due to the holiday I decided to ... my issue is.. why lie so I can order then make me pay in the end? Could've saved the lie and just said the truth, I would have gotten my foos regardless. Anyway, I don't appreciate the service.. won't be returning.

Asked for extra napkins for a messy meatball sub. Worker scoffed and handed me a single napkin. Rude service. Also suffered from intestinal issues for a few days after eating here. Won't be going back.
