Taku Sushi & Bar is a restaurant on H street with really good sushi and some great deals. The dinner and lunch specials are great, offering one of the best deals in the district. The deluxe sashimi and rolls, including the spicy California roll, are all delicious. The staff and owner are friendly and helpful. The service is friendly without being over-the-top. The restaurant is not usually busy. It is a favorite sushi spot and will be in the regular rotation for many. A bonus is that you can BYOB while they wait for their alcohol license.
