Stopped in this afternoon to find delicious food and warm, welcoming hospitality. As a longtime resident of Woodley Park, Tavern 18 is the PERFECT new addition to our neighborhood! Starting next week they’ll have Trivia Night and Karaoke and Happy Hour specials 4-7 PM, Mon-Fri. Multiple TVs for hometown sports and a large patio for outdoor dining. Forewarned: crab fries are addictive!

Tavern 18 is a great restaurant with a lively atmosphere. Guests enjoyed delicious food like the 10oz ribeye, which was perfectly grilled, and sides such as mashed potatoes and crispy brussel sprouts. The cornbread is tasty and moist. The staff is friendly and attentive. Visitors also liked the chicken Alfredo, turkey club with fries and onion rings, and the good music. It’s a fun place, especially for watching Sunday Football or visiting after the Zoo.
