Animal crackers were very fresh
It was alright - probably more of a 3.5 stars tbh. It’s a breakfast place so it’s not bad for breakfast. My daughter and I arrived in DC early morning, checked into our hotel at the Omni Shoreham and walked here for our first meal in DC. They had very few options for her as she is vegetarian and gluten free so that sucked. My breakfast was decent. I got the breakfast platter with bacon and literally got a pile of bacon (not just a couple slices) which was awesome....read full review
We recently hosted a celebration in the side sunroom and were very happy with the experience! Everyone, including toddlers and kids, found something on the menu they enjoyed and the space was perfect for a group meal. Thank you Jeri for helping us get everything planned in advance and thank you Riley for taking great care of us on the day! This was my first time at Open City but I'd definitely come back next time we're in the area. It's a great spot to pair with a day at the zoo.
