Always a pleasure dining with Jose! I came twice during this trip once for Thanksgiving with the tasting menu and once for a weekday dinner. As always the food is creative, delicious, beautiful and fun, as is the cocktails. I didn’t love the ambiance as it was in a large building that felt cold and I kept my jacket on for dinner but it was still beautiful as per usual with the bazaar. I was a little said the air Philly cheesesteaks didn’t have as melty warm cheese as before...
Let's start with the negatives..... as soon as I can find one. The location and the setting are breathtaking and relaxing. The menu has something for every taste and is outstanding. Try the octopus dish!! The star of the evening? The service. Adam, Enrique and Manuel really made us feel welcome and at home.
