Great meal and service! They did forget my birthday even though it was on the reservation but we still enjoyed the experience. Definitely an occasion restaurant. The oxtail croquettes are fantastic.
We wish we were given the option to sit upstairs for the full experience and ambience. Felt like we were sitting in the hotel lobby bar. Also, many ordered items were either severely delayed, forgotten about and brought later or never received. It was unfortunate.
We went to dinner with our friends from out of town. Our waiter was informative and friendly, BUT he forgot to bring THREE items from the savory menu. We did not notice and ordered dessert. It was only when the bill arrived that we realized that we were missing these items, at which point they were taken off the bill. It is odd that 3 items were omitted from our meal.
