I work nearby and stopped by for a quick bite. The guy behind the sandwich counter (possibly an owner or manager, based on his ego) had a bit of an attitude. They were out of a few vegetarian options and didn't get a good answer or explanation when asking for things. I'll either stick with the salad bar option or steer clear of this restaurant. So many other restaurants with better customer service in Georgetown.
We ordered lunch at this place to go on a boat ride as part of our bus tour. I ordered chipotle chicken sandwich. They were out of grilled chicken so I asked them if they could substitute the crispy chicken instead. She made me a completely different sandwich and would not remake the sandwich I wanted. I had no choice but to take the sandwich because our boat was leaving. The cashier threw a free cookie in the bag for my inconvenience.
I will never go here again!
We had breakfast there: omelette and croissants w/freshly brewed coffee! The place was very clean and the personnel was very friendly and patient. I would go back!
