The Commodore DC is a casual and welcoming spot with a lively atmosphere, making it ideal for catching up with friends. The Totchos are a must-try, and the Damn Good Caesar Salad and Mac n Cheese are also highly recommended. The burger and wings are tasty choices, and the signature Commodore cocktail is a popular drink. The Buffalo chicken dip is absolutely delicious and a definite highlight. The happy hour bratwurst offers a unique flavor combo and is very tasty. The service is friendly and attentive, contributing to a cozy and energetic vibe. The setting includes downstairs seating and outdoor options, and it is wheelchair accessible. The bar often hosts trivia nights on Tuesday, adding to its fun atmosphere. The drinks are good, though some feel they could be a little stronger. The interior design features nautical elements like rope and a steering wheel, creating a fun, maritime theme. Customers appreciate the friendly staff and the relaxed, cozy environment, perfect for a chill night out. The outdoor seating is great for those with dogs, and the staff even provides bug spray when needed. Overall, The Commodore DC is a great neighborhood bar with excellent food and a friendly team, making it a fun and tasty place to visit.
