Maaaaaaaaannn!!!!! Where do I start, first off I was having THE HARDEST time finding someone that will provide the Personal/Private Chef Experience. When I finally got in touch with someone Chef Kristina responded immediately, I explained my dilemma and she stepped in, stepped up, and made it happen.My husband’s birthday dinner was phenomenal. The Exotic Chef is phenomenal. I had the jerk chicken bowl along with a friend . This was my first time having it. Absolutely amazing. All of the flavors paired very well. The plantains were cooked to perfection, the salad was very fresh, the rice and beans were next level, the chicken was very moist. We were at Walter Reed, and the Exotic Chef was the restaurant of the day in the side area near the cafeteria. Delicious smells permiated the air coming from their direction. My nose brought me and the food caught me by delighted surprise! My husband got the jerk chicken, i got the beef and both of them were fantastic! By the way, the salad that came with it was even enough to write home about. We will be looking for you again for sure!
