I had high expectations for this steakhouse, but unfortunately the service was extremely disappointing. Our server was rarely present, never came back to check if the steak was cooked to the correct temperature, and no one picked up our empty plates. Despite that, we were asked if we wanted anything else or dessert, which felt very inattentive and disconnected. For a steakhouse, this level of service is unacceptable. The lack of communication and urgency made the entire meal frustrating...

We recently had a business dinner with 12 people at The Palm DC, and everything was outstanding. The food, the service, the ambiance… everything was spot on. Michael, the GM, greeted our party and helped create a memorable experience. Our server was Richard, and he was as excellent. First class all the way around. I highly recommend The Palm DC!

We had an incredible experience from start to finish. The service was absolutely amazing, so attentive our glasses were never empty. The steak truly melted in your mouth, cooked to perfection, and the calamari was perfectly crisp and full of flavor. The atmosphere made the whole evening feel special and elevated. And the carrot cake…hands down the best I’ve ever had. This place exceeded our expectations in every way, can’t wait to come back!
