First went to I Ricchi with my family just after it opened. Would go whenever I was in DC. Returned just 2 years ago and it was as good as ever — the ambiance, the service, the food! I went just recently and felt like I was going home. We were welcomed so warmly. The food was delicious and the wine complemented it so well.
Always a lovely dinner and evening at I Richie. We don't get there often since moving to the Eastern Shore.
I found i Ricchi by doing a browser search. The website, menu, and photo suggested a neighborhood family Italian restaurant with delightful ambiance. I wasn't disappointed. We had a slow paced meal that was excellent - calamari, pasta with baby clams, and grilled salmon. The gin martini (dirty) was just right and the Chianti was a perfect touch. And to top it off, the matriarch was there - Ms. Christianne - who recognized my name when I introduced myself. It was a delightful evening....read full review
