The Whale Tea DC offers a moody and quiet atmosphere, perfect for working or unwinding. The menu has loads of options, including strawberry milk tea, smoothies, and food like a chocolate croissant and a danish. The chocolate is perfect, not bitter and not too sweet. However, service can be slow and a danish was found with mold, which was disappointing. The experience can be great but also very scary health wise.
