Go for the decor, don't expect to be served promptly. We were seated 30 minutes late for our reservation. Entrees took over 2 hours to come and we only got one of two. We had to take the second entree to go before the parking garage closed. They did comp the entrees, but overall the service was completely unacceptable. This was not the servers' faults, but poor kitchen management.
I take my daughter here every Christmas. The Christmas decor is so beautiful! They are always so kind to us and have always been so accommodating if you have little ones. The food is good too! We really love this place. It's always such a treat!
I loved my experience! It was my first time at Urban Roast and it was my birthday dinner☺️. The food and ambience was top tier! The only downside was that I was unable to order dessert for my birthday.
